bathroom sneak peek....

I did it....I finished in time! Sadly, I can only show you a little peak right now... {the new towel bar}

For the last few days I've been nursing my aches and pains~ I wish they were just from redoing the bathroom but not so. Seems my thryroid has gone haywire on me...lab tests show it's level at 17.6, normal is .04-5.0 ~ leave it to me to be anything but normal! I thought it'd be best to take a fews days and just rest, let myself get acclimated to the new meds. If you've placed a sign order with me rest assured I'm still working on it...just a tad bit slower!! I'll be back ~hopefully tomorrow~ with loads of photos...I can't wait to show you my new loo!!

hugs, paula:)

Oh my goodness, Paula! Your thyroid IS wacked out! I've been on Synthroid for over 30 years. My dr discovered it during a physical. I was blessed that I never realized anything was wrong. No aches or pains like you're having. But being on Synthroid has been a breeze for me. No probs at all. I pray that they'll be able to manage the right dose for you right off the bat so that you're back on your feet and feeling good soon. ♥

Oh, and I adore that towel rack sign! You rock!

Oh you poor thing! My thyroid did the same thing a few years ago...I thought I was dying! When my dr said thyroid was what was making my heart race a nd making me feel worn out from walking across the room I couldn't believe it. Meds worked great but took a few weeks to really kick in....know you didn't want to hear that. Eventually I was weaned off of them and am on no meds for the last year. Possibly it will start again and that will tell me to have the thyroid procedure where they kill the thyroid (can't think what that's called) & just take a pill every day after that. I'm glad I opted to try this first though.
Your signs are just wonderful...you are so talented!! I know your bathroom must look adorable.
Hope you get your strength back soon...remember it is a process.
Blessings, Doni
