at the flea market!
For quite some time now I've been looking and looking for garden lounge chairs...
{something we just start doing more of in our late 40's I believe, lounging!}
...never could I find one that I really liked...
always too prefab or too heavy or too cheap or too walmarty or too something...
well look what I tripped over today at the flea market!!!!
did I ever tell you how much I love him??????}
They were a steal!! 55.00 for the pair!
They need a little fixing up...like the white one, that's my eiffel tower holding up the back!
The black one, I've gotta find more decorative wheels, then get it white and chippy, then find just the right cushions but I'll tell ya, I can just about taste the after-tennis apple martini's this summer can't you?
Also...on another 'fine day note'...I won LaurieAnna's french script pillow giveaway!
So excited about this, I'm thinking it will be on my new~old lounge chair soon!
Thankyou LaurieAnna!
Hope everyone had a fine weekend!!

What a score, Paula! I love these! I don't think I've seen lounge chairs like these before. I just bought the Walmarty kind at Rite Aid the other day. I just needed something since we had gotten rid of our vinyl ones last year. They'll do for now.
ReplyDeletePaula these are fabulous!! Your new pillow is lovely too! Going to check out her shop!
ReplyDeleteMy pleasure! Thanks for participating and promoting!
ReplyDeleteThe chairs are wonderful! I love a good flea market (or thrift store or yard sale or...) score. Hubby did great on these!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the win from LaurieAnna. Now, will that lovely pillow be used to beautify the inside of your home or plopped atop one of those terrific new loungers?

My little grandson saw an old lounge one day and sighed when he said...."all I need is a glass of lemonade".... LOVE yours. They are fabulous. Sadly, my patio is about the size of postage stamp so these would be out of the question for me..
ReplyDeleteWarm blessings,
Spencer
